The most prestigious recognition in the telecommunication's industry, the ATSI Award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International to providers of telecommunications, call center services, and telephone answering services in North America and the UK. 

The criteria for award selection is Stringent, with companies being evaluated in a number of categories including:   the caller experience, courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients.

ATSI contracts Independent Judges to evaluate the performance of those companies being considered for recognition.    "Mystery Callers" are enlisted to contact the answering service on numerous, separate occasions with each call being evaluated and scored according to multiple performance standards.
