Because we go above and beyond for our clients, there are lots of tasks that our receptionists are trained and qualified to do on your behalf.  Screening your job applicants is one of them, and in many companies it makes a lot of sense to have an outside resource such as AnswerONE handle the initial steps in the hiring process.   

To protect the privacy of your company we can provide you with a separate, local telephone number to post in your classified advertisements.   Job candidates will be forwarded to a live receptionist who will obtain all the preliminary information you need, allowing you to respond to the candidates you feel are a right fit for your company at your leisure.  We can also take on the added responsibility of calling back the candidates you are interested in meeting and scheduling the interviews for you. Simply tell us the dates and times you have available and our receptionists will take care of the rest.

We can also setup a voicemail box for candidates, allowing you to evaluate their communication skills and qualifications prior to setting up an interview.
